We are constantly improving the shopping experience and provide the broadest selection at best prices and maximum convenience for 70m potential customers across the region (Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, and Croatia).

The Delivery Strategy team is responsible for ensuring fast delivery of millions of daily packages to consumers of Allegro. This requires working with over 100k 3rd party merchants on Allegro platform, and ensuring they prepare parcels as fast as possible.  We address this challenge through a wide range of initiatives, including merchant education, incentivization and product enablement. We work in a highly cross-functional setup with Allegro's Commerce, Customer Experience, Product and Data teams to achieve our goals. What does this role involve

• You will define and execute strategy for improving speed of delivery on the platform, mainly focused on improving performance of merchants (our aspiration is to deliver all packages in 1 or 2 days)
• You will have full accountability for improving the delivery speed on platform - you get to own the success of KPI
• You will cooperate across the organization with Commerce, Customer Experience, Product, Analytics and Data Science teams to deliver on your initiatives and KPI
• You will lead Allegro’s internationalization efforts outside Poland and ensure fast delivery in all the countries

This job is for you, if

• You have at least 7-10  years of professional experience in business consulting / strategy oriented roles
• You can define, prioritize and execute initiatives end to end, to positively impact your KPIs
• You have experience working in a matrix organization with stakeholders from different functions
• You can work effectively in an international setup, with colleagues from different countries
• You have strong analytical skills and a good working knowledge of numbers/business case building
• You have excellent, structured communication skills
• You have strong interpersonal and people skills; demonstrated record of successfully impacting change via influence
• Work effectively in English (desired C1)
