What will your main responsibilities include?

  • Guiding and shaping analysis of people data to meet stakeholders’ needs and provide insight to make better people-related decisions and improve management practices

  • Taking ownership of analysing data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to talent acquisition practices, employee’s motivation, people efficiency and performance drivers, turnover etc.

  • Collecting, structuring, analysing and reporting HR metrics and data from a variety of sources (incl. the human resource information system (HRIS), internal employees survey, exit interviews, market/ competitors’ data, and others) in a scalable way

  • Serving as an active partner with HR and Allegro Leadership team to perform research and analyses on a broad spectrum of people issues and get inputs to develop HR projects and processes 

  • Developing standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics to different audiences (incl. Executive Team, HRBPs, etc.) incl. regular reporting of HR Data and key KPI’s for the needs of company Controlling Team

  • Taking care of HRIS Data Quality by setting up a ground rules for HR Data Management and implementing data quality checks and reports

  • Partnering with the IT Business Services team to design, configure and administer performance-related systems

  • Partnering with finance, leadership team and HR Business Partners to plan and control headcount and staff costs

  • Partnering with various people teams (Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, HR Business Partners) on people projects to identify and clarify critical people issues, deeply understand our people processes and analyse data to drive improvements

  • Looking beyond the data to identify solutions that will raise the bar for HR performance-related things

  • Communicating statistical analyses and results, along with implications for leadership team and managers

We are looking for people who:

  • Have 8+ years of experience in analytical roles (including HR related data, e.g. headcount, turnover, recruiting metrics and other people analytics data)

  • Are able to learn quickly the organisation’s HRIS, payroll and similar employee management software

  • Are able to choose statistical techniques and data visualisation methods adequate to the research problem, are experienced with data management and data structures and have knowledge of data visualisation principles (incl. experience or ability to learn Tableau and Google Data Studio)

  • Have knowledge or are able to quickly learn SQL and analytics (Hadoop and GCP ecosystem - HQL, pySpark, Big Query)

  • If were working with TETA or SAP - it would be an asset

  • Have experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative research; are able to work with multiple sources of data

  • Demonstrate strong execution capability: stand-alone, able to prioritise, create solutions and devise action plans, negotiate for resources and support, drive collaboration and manage stakeholders to make and deliver to commitments through structured and pragmatic organisational processes

  • Have well developed strategic thinking capability: are able to connect the dots from different sources, clarify a problem, analyse different possible scenarios, apply both logical and creative skills to work out the recommended solution

  • Demonstrate high flexibility and agility to be able to deliver in a fast-paced, ever-changing and high-volume environment, able to be strategic and tactical when needed

  • Communicate fluently in Polish and English
