What will your main responsibilities include?

  • Contributing to the design and set up of the optimal and efficient organization structures 

  • Coordinating the implementation of HR processes: workforce management, recruitment, performance management, development and talent management and contribute to their further optimization and scalability 

  • Create and adjust scalable HR solutions addressing the specificity of managed areas, their business strategies and goals

  • Build adequate and efficient HR organization to support everyday operations

  • Monitor HR indexes for the supported areas and recommend improvements

  • Support managers in their leadership skills development and in the building of high performance culture

  • Introduce L&D programs and initiatives to facilitate development of the competencies required

  • Advise on solutions and methods to enhance employee engagement

  • Build relationships with executives and managers to become a real, value added advisor

  • Participate in the budgeting process and monitor its realization 

  • Ensure compliance with labor law

We are looking for people who:

  • Are able to impact the creation of new organizational structures

  • Have a strategic capability to plan and execute HR organization and an action plan for the area of responsibility

  • Are able to gather and analise available data and various stakeholders needs and translate them into workable HR solutions

  • Have a track record of successful preparation and implementation of complex and multilayered HR projects 

  • Build and manage teams and individuals reporting directly and in a matrix organization

  • Have a deep understanding of leadership with and the ability to support development of present and future leaders

  • Are equipped with openness, ability to build relations of a different seniority and become a trusted and value added advisor

  • Cooperate and communicate with many stakeholders in a fast moving environment

  • Have a very good and structured written and spoken communication, both in Polish and in English

  • Have proven HRBP/ HR Manager experience (5-7 years in big size enterprises, preferably e-commerce, operations, logistics, delivery, carrier industries)

  • Are experienced in building of new structures/organisational streams 

  • Have an excellent Labor Law expertise
