What will your main responsibilities include?
Contributing to the design and set up of the optimal and efficient organization structures
Coordinating the implementation of HR processes: workforce management, recruitment, performance management, development and talent management and contribute to their further optimization and scalability
Create and adjust scalable HR solutions addressing the specificity of managed areas, their business strategies and goals
Build adequate and efficient HR organization to support everyday operations
Monitor HR indexes for the supported areas and recommend improvements
Support managers in their leadership skills development and in the building of high performance culture
Introduce L&D programs and initiatives to facilitate development of the competencies required
Advise on solutions and methods to enhance employee engagement
Build relationships with executives and managers to become a real, value added advisor
Participate in the budgeting process and monitor its realization
Ensure compliance with labor law

We are looking for people who:
Are able to impact the creation of new organizational structures
Have a strategic capability to plan and execute HR organization and an action plan for the area of responsibility
Are able to gather and analise available data and various stakeholders needs and translate them into workable HR solutions
Have a track record of successful preparation and implementation of complex and multilayered HR projects
Build and manage teams and individuals reporting directly and in a matrix organization
Have a deep understanding of leadership with and the ability to support development of present and future leaders
Are equipped with openness, ability to build relations of a different seniority and become a trusted and value added advisor
Cooperate and communicate with many stakeholders in a fast moving environment
Have a very good and structured written and spoken communication, both in Polish and in English
Have proven HRBP/ HR Manager experience (5-7 years in big size enterprises, preferably e-commerce, operations, logistics, delivery, carrier industries)
Are experienced in building of new structures/organisational streams
Have an excellent Labor Law expertise
