Job Description

QWA is responsible for all implementation activities related to acquisition and engagement of contingent labor, including both staff augmentation and procurement solutions service offerings. Implementation plans, designs, tests and deploys these solutions ensuring that best practices are implemented, and Programs are operationally efficient.  The QWA Implementation Team works closely with internal and external stakeholders, project teams and subject matter experts (SME’s) providing leadership and holistic solutions for cross-functional business groups.

Additionally, QWA performs advisory functions for clients as well, this role will be required to leverage similar knowledge in expertise to map out business processes and compare to best practices to find efficiencies and new solutions for clients.

This individual will report to the Principal Consultant and is responsible for providing project coordination to support the Advisory practice. These duties include, but are not limited to: project lifecycle documentation, booking client meetings/workshops and overall project coordination efforts. Responsible for client confidential and time sensitive material.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to enable the effectiveness of the Principal Consultant through the provision of a broad range of project coordination activities
  • Efficiently perform general office duties including utilization of collaboration tools: TEAMS, Mural and Outlook in a remote environment
  • Maintain and coordinate Outlook calendars for multiple client projects and throughout project phases
  • Assist with completion of necessary statistical reports, as requested
  • ·Coordinate domestic and foreign travel arrangements for various levels of operations, including appropriate approvals and expense report processing per project engagements
  • Assist to prepare invoices for client milestones, to include code and process business expenses, etc.
  • Coordinate conference calls, events, conferences for client meetings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
  • Demonstrate written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and as a team
  • Capable of switching gears quickly and efficiently
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft TEAMS, Mural and/or similar collaboration tools
  • Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others
  • High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
  • Assist in the creation of client presentations utilizing PowerPoint and Excel, collating data with use of PivotTables and Vlookup
  • Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with employees, peers, and consumers
  • Flexible and able to assist with various project management requests, as requested

Additional Information

Pay Transparency: This role pays between $40,000-$50,000 with bonus potential 

Location disclaimer: This position is open to North America locations outside of California, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, and Washington.
