Job Description

Job Summary  

 

The Marketing Performance & Analytics Specialist partners closely with the Digital Experience Manager to measure, analyze and optimize the organization’s digital marketing performance across channels. This role combines strong marketing channel analytics capabilities with hands-on ownership of HubSpot, ensuring data integrity, reliable reporting and actionable insights that improve campaign and funnel outcomes.  

 

As the primary HubSpot super user and administrator, this individual is responsible for managing reporting infrastructure, dashboards, workflows and data hygiene, while partnering with Sales Enablement and Technology to ensure aligned data, accurate attribution and effective use of HubSpot – Salesforce integrations.  

 

This position is ideal for a curious, detail-oriented self-starter who enjoys solving problems, improving systems and translating data into clear, actionable insights that influence marketing channel strategy and performance.  

 

Responsibilities  

 

  • Serve as the HubSpot Super User and Administrator, owning day-to-day platform configuration, user support, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and ongoing optimization of the marketing automation platform. 

  • Own and maintain marketing reporting infrastructure within HubSpot, including dashboards, campaign tracking and lifecycle reporting aligned to business outcomes  

  • Ensure strong data hygiene and governance practices across marketing and CRM systems to support accurate reporting, attribution and decision-making  

  • Analyze marketing and digital performance across channels (paid media, email, website and social) to identify trends, surface insights and recommend optimizations  

  • Prepare and deliver regular and ad hoc performance summaries and presentations to marketing leadership and cross-functional partners, ensuring insights are accessible and actionable 

  • Partner with Technology, CRM, and Sales Enablement teams to maintain seamless integration between HubSpot and Salesforce, supporting consistent data flow and reporting integrity  

  • Deliver CRM and marketing automation enhancements, including lifecycle updates, property management and data cleanup initiatives to improve scalability and reporting accuracy  

  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders on platform enhancements, renewals, integrations, and feature rollouts aligned to business needs. 

  • Support testing and optimization efforts, including A/B testing of emails, forms, landing pages, and digital experiences, and assist with measurement and learnings. 

  • Enable the broader marketing team through training and documentation, maintaining up-to-date technology playbooks, best practices, and process guidance. 

Qualifications

Qualifications, Skills and Experience  

 

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations or channel analytics-focused role with increasing responsibility for reporting and platform support 

  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot including reporting dashboards, workflows, properties, and user management; HubSpot Certification strongly preferred 

  • Experience analyzing and reporting on multi-channel marketing performance, including paid media (LinkedIn, Google PPC), website analytics and email marketing  

  • Understanding of campaign measurement, funnel performance and attribution concepts across digital channels  

  • Familiarity with tool such as Google Analytics, ad platforms, CMS tools and social media automation tools (Sprout Social preferred). 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect data points and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations  

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and partner effectively with Marketing, Technology, and Sales Enablement teams. 

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively, showing ownership of work while contributing to cross-functional initiatives. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
