Job Description

The Sr. Human Resources Specialist plays a critical role in the configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of Talent Management programs, systems, and tools that support a high-performance culture. This role serves as a subject matter expert and hands-on program owner for key talent processes, including performance management, talent assessments, and Success Profiles.

The Sr. Human Resources Specialist partners closely with HR and business leaders to ensure talent data, systems, and processes are accurate and aligned to evolving organizational needs. This role blends process execution, system administration, data analysis, and stakeholder enablement to drive adoption and effectiveness of Talent Management practices globally.

Talent Management Systems & Program Administration

  • Own the configuration, administration, and ongoing optimization of the Talent Management system, including end-to-end setup of performance reviews, talent assessments, surveys, workflows, roles, and permissions.
  • Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve system configuration and data quality issues.
  • Support continuous improvement of system-enabled talent processes to enhance usability, data integrity, and stakeholder experience.

Success Profiles & Role Architecture

  • Maintain and continuously update Success Profiles to ensure role expectations, competencies, and responsibilities remain accurate and aligned with organizational priorities and job level frameworks.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to build Success Profiles for new or evolving roles, including competency modeling, drafting responsibility statements, and ensuring accurate system integration.
  • Support the consistent application of Success Profiles across talent processes, including performance reviews, talent assessments, and succession discussions.

Talent Data and Insights

  • Develop and manage Talent Cards and supporting data for strategic talent discussions, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and readiness ahead of key talent reviews and leadership conversations.
  • Analyze and synthesize talent data to identify trends, insights, and potential risks, producing clear and actionable reports, and summaries.
  • Translate talent data into insights that support informed decision-making and talent initiatives.

Training, Enablement & Communications

  • Create high-quality training and enablement resources, including job aids, slide decks, reference guides, and process documentation, to support adoption of Talent Management practices.
  • Develop and distribute clear, consistent communication materials that support formal talent Deliver presentations and facilitate large-scale training sessions to build understanding, capability, and engagement across HR and business audiences.

Advisory & Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR partners and business stakeholders on Talent Management processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Provide guidance informed by subject matter expertise and data insights to support decision-making and identify opportunities for process and methodology enhancement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across PST teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, I/O Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4–6+ years of experience in Talent Management, HR, Program Management, or a related function, preferably in a complex or global environment.
  • Hands-on experience administering Talent Management systems and supporting enterprise talent processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical insights.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience developing training materials and facilitating workshops or presentations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience with Talent Management platforms strongly preferred.
