Job Description

The key focus for a Programme Sourcing Specialist is to define and execute sourcing strategies with a focus on attracting high quality candidates to fill client open positions regardless of sourcing channel.

The Program Sourcing Specialist is the key point of contact for Hiring Managers and is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the business, acting as a talent advisor to support them through the requisition fulfilment process to ensure cost effective, quality talent is acquired in a timely manner.

The Programme Sourcing Specialist manages the full lifecycle of the worker acquisition and assignment management process including requisition intake, candidate sourcing, shortlisting, interview management, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense management, offboarding and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the management of all stages of the worker acquisition process. 
  • Working with hiring managers to understand their requirements and recommending and appropriate sourcing strategy based on experience and market information.
  • Deploy a variety of recruiting strategies, including advertising and attraction campaigns in alignment with client’s branding guidelines and social media policies.
  • Partner with RDC Sourcing Specialists to engage pre-screened candidates from specialist passive candidates talent pools.
  • Provide engaged and informed dialogue with candidates regarding opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment process.   
  • Conduct interviews and candidate screening calls to shortlist the best candidates from all applications and submissions for presentation to the hiring manager.
  • Gather CV and interview feedback from hiring managers and ensure updates and actions are taken on next steps.
  • Arrange and prepare candidates for interview
  • Offer management and negotiation
  • Partnering with FSG to ensure all pre-engagement activities are completed in a timely manner and updates provided to hiring managers.
  • Onboarding of workers including asset facilitation, assignment activation.
  • Assignment and extension management of active workers.
  • Worker Offboarding at the end of assignment.
  • VMS and other status reporting as required.
  • Maintain timely and accurate information on hiring manager and candidate interactions.
  • Ensure data accuracy for all actions in the VMS and other systems.
  • Engage third party suppliers where necessary to ensure role fulfilment.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable success in a recruitment environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven specialist recruitment experience in given industry or function.
  • Proven ability to create effective sourcing strategies utilising job boards, associations, employee referral programs, social media and internet searches.
  • Ability to perform multiple high-level and complex defined searches using Boolean search logic.
  • Advanced knowledge on including diversity sourcing.
  • Ability to recruit against multiple functions and industries.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with frequently shifting priorities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail supported by excellent documentation and follow up capability.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Previous experience using a VMS technology beneficial.
  • Experience in or knowledge of AGS client sectors is advantageous.
