How you'll make an impact
- Partner with senior business leaders to embed cyber security into strategic initiatives and technology decisions
- Provide expert guidance on security risk, governance, compliance, and assurance across enterprise programmes
- Influence secure design and delivery, ensuring business outcomes are achieved while protecting critical information and services
- Lead security reviews, drive continuous improvement, and support compliance with recognised industry standards
- Build trusted relationships across technical and non-technical teams, translating complex cyber concepts into clear business advice
- Identify emerging security risks and opportunities, helping shape long-term cyber strategy and resilience
- Champion a strong security culture through collaboration, coaching, and stakeholder engagement.
What we're looking for
- Extensive experience in information security within large, complex organisations, including senior stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated success influencing business leaders and delivering strategic cyber security outcomes
- Strong understanding of security governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 2, or similar
- Experience leading complex security initiatives and driving meaningful organisational change
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence decision making across all levels
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are highly regarded
- A collaborative mindset, commercial thinking, and a passion for helping people make secure decisions.
