In our U.S. locations, we operate on a hybrid work model with three in-office days and two remote days per week. Starting Q1 2025, we will transition to a four-day in-office schedule, Monday–Thursday. Job Description

Opportunity at a Glance
The primary purpose of this position is supporting the Academic team by analyzing course qualifications, licensure, faculty reviews, and metrics to assign faculty to appropriate courses. Position is responsible for calculating faculty pay based on contracts, scheduling faculty in courses, and generating reports, and verifying credentials for over 3,000 faculty members.

Responsibilities

  • Basic Scheduling duties such as assigning faculty members to a course, communicating with faculty, pulling reports, adding and canceling courses as needed, reviewing faculty depth, and compile needs list for hiring.
  • Support New Hire Onboarding by submitting tickets to give faculty access to necessary systems, obtaining and imaging documents collected by Talent Acquisition, gather state licensing forms and other required documents based on program specifications. Submit tickets for New Faculty Orientation.
  • On occasion, the Coordinator may need to work with Faculty Manager or the professor for teaching exceptions if files are incomplete.
  • Track nursing license expiration dates and communicate with professor or faculty manager as appropriate if nursing licenses cannot be obtained through nurse license websites.
  • May complete additional tasks such as pulling reports and audits for complete faculty files, as well as attending meetings to maintain client/academic partner/vendor relationships.
  • Conduct audits on previously completed scheduling records.
  • Back up to Specialist as needed, while providing workload coverage if team members are out of the office.
  • Create and implement trainings, update job aids and process flows as procedures change.
  • Participate in session review meeting with Deans and Assistant Deans of Faculty regularly.
  • Participate in team building and career development activities.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 2 previous office experience (preferably in an academic environment). Required
  • Must possess the ability to work with rapidly changing information.
  • Strong attention to detail due to the amount and type of data entry being performed.
  • PC skills in Microsoft office, database and internet applications required.
  • Prior knowledge of Banner and Salesforce preferred.
  • Candidate will need to communicate effectively in a professional matter with online staff through written and verbal communications.
  • Computer skills needed include Microsoft Office Suite, internet, database applications, and document imaging systems.

Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $18.7 and $32.86. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
