Must be professional. The candidate must have experience in labor and food cost control and have the ability to adapt to a changing environment with regards to employees. Must be proficient in managing your staff according to daily business needs. The manager must have a good situation of awareness for the business at all times. The manager must be able to do scheduling and food orders and handle daily operations at a professional level at all times. The manager will be required to learn all positions of the back of house as well as front of house. The manager will be required to do a 10 to 16 week training program and must complete the training successfully to be consider for the job. The candidate will be required to sign a minimum 5 year contract with our company with a no compete clause. The salary will be based on experience.
