To support the Engineering Department in maintaining the hotel's facilities, equipment, and building systems in good working condition, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for guests and Heartists.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist the Engineering team with daily maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance activities.

2. Support routine inspections of hotel facilities, equipment, and engineering systems.

3. Assist with basic repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, air conditioning, carpentry, and other maintenance work under the supervision of qualified technicians.

4. Ensure all engineering tools, equipment, and materials are properly handled, stored, and maintained.

5. Report any equipment malfunctions, facility damage, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to the Engineering Supervisor or Engineer on Duty.

6. Assist in preparing equipment, materials, and work areas for maintenance activities.

7. Maintain cleanliness and organization in engineering workshops, storage areas, and plant rooms.

8. Follow all hotel safety procedures, occupational health and safety requirements, and engineering standards.

9. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when performing assigned tasks.

10. Assist in responding to maintenance requests from other departments within the assigned scope of work.

11. Support energy-saving initiatives and the proper use of water, electricity, and other hotel resources.

12. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Engineering Supervisor, Chief Engineer, or authorized superior.

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent, preferably from a technical or vocational background.

• Must have basic working experience in Air Conditioning (AC) maintenance and Civil/Building maintenance.

• Basic knowledge of AC troubleshooting, cleaning, and routine maintenance.

• Basic skills in civil maintenance, including painting, minor repairs, wall maintenance, and other general building repairs.

• Previous experience in hotel engineering or general maintenance is preferred.

• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.

• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to the hotel's operational requirements.

• Able to follow instructions, work in a team, and maintain good discipline.

• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
