We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Barista to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you'll be the heart of our café operation, delivering exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages to our valued customers. • Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages and other café items with precision and consistency, following established recipes and quality standards
• Deliver warm, professional, and engaging customer service, making personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and menu knowledge
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, beverage options, ingredients, preparation methods, and current promotions to provide informed suggestions
• Handle cash transactions, card payments efficiently
• Manage inventory tasks including daily stock checks, ordering supplies, and maintaining organized storage systems
• Perform opening procedures including equipment setup and cleaning, as well as closing duties such as cash reconciliation and facility preparation
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the café, adhering to all food safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak and off-peak hours
• Report any irregularities, customer feedback, or operational concerns to management promptly
• Embrace company values and brand standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

**Required:**

• Minimum 2 years of Food & Beverage and/or retail experience within the last 2 years
• Proven barista experience with demonstrated expertise in specialty coffee preparation
• Strong customer service skills with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Flexibility with scheduling, including availability for morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts
• Legally eligible to work in India with valid work authorization

**Preferred:**

• Certification in food safety or barista training programs
• Experience with specialty beverage preparation techniques and latte art
• Inventory management experience
• Familiarity with café equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Experience in a luxury hospitality or upscale café environment
• Multilingual abilities to serve diverse customer base
