Assistant Outlet Manager – All Day Dining

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading high-performing teams? As an Assistant Outlet Manager – All Day Dining, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, motivating your team, and creating memorable food and beverage experiences for every guest.

What you will be doing:

• Support the planning and allocation of resources to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop the Food & Beverage team, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.
• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the All Day Dining outlet, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times.
• Supervise, delegate, and monitor team responsibilities while ensuring compliance with brand standards, company policies, SOPs, and quality assurance measures.
• Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring all Heartists understand the importance of their roles and their contribution to the department's overall success.
• Work closely with the culinary team to maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor service standards and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Review guest feedback and implement corrective actions to enhance the overall dining experience and improve guest satisfaction scores.
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor, engaging with guests and ensuring prompt resolution of any concerns.
• Drive operational excellence and support initiatives that enhance revenue, productivity, and service quality.

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge, with extensive understanding of beverages, service standards, and guest experience.
• A service-focused personality with a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensuring consistent service delivery across the restaurant.
• Experience in all aspects of restaurant operations and service management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead by example.
• Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire colleagues.
• Proven ability to successfully manage high-volume dining operations while maintaining exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Russian or Arabic language proficiency is preferred, given the diverse guest profile and operational requirements of the role.
