Job Description
- Support senior engineers in the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions and technical projects
- Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, process flows, and system diagrams
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance activities to identify and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to project planning and execution
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
- Develop and maintain technical solutions while ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations
- Support the troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems reported by clients or internal stakeholders
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements
- Maintain and update existing systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- 1-3 years of professional experience in engineering, software development, or a related technical role
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript)
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and engineering best practices
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows
- Ability to read, write, and review technical documentation and code
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
