Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and assigned areas according to hotel standards, ensuring cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas according to hotel standards.

• Make beds, change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish room amenities.

• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms.

• Check room condition and report maintenance issues or damaged items to the supervisor.

• Handle guest belongings and hotel property with care and follow lost-and-found procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping equipment and work areas.

• Replenish housekeeping supplies and guest amenities as required.

• Follow hotel procedures for hygiene, safety, security, and guest privacy.

• Respond politely and professionally to reasonable guest requests.

• Complete assigned rooms within the required time and quality standards.

• Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant or Housekeeping staff is preferred.

• Fresh graduates or candidates without hotel experience may be considered.

• Good physical stamina and ability to work efficiently.

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of cleanliness.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
