• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the pastry kitchen.
• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, and other baked goods.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all pastry products.
• Develop and enhance dessert menus with innovative recipes and seasonal offerings.
• Supervise, train, and motivate pastry kitchen staff.
• Monitor inventory levels, control food costs, and assist with ordering ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen organization.
• Ensure compliance with all health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Minimize waste and maximize efficiency in pastry kitchen operations.

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking processes, and dessert preparation.
• Creativity and attention to detail in presentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Culinary or Pastry Arts certification is an advantage.
