Job Description
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and consistent brand standards.
- Lead and supervise the service team, providing coaching, motivation, and hands‑on support.
- Manage the floor during service, ensuring warm hospitality, efficiency, and quick problem‑solving.
- Coordinate closely with the culinary team to maintain quality, presentation, and authenticity of Italian dishes.
- Handle reservations, seating plans, and guest requests with attention to detail and a personal touch.
- Drive guest engagement and upselling, promoting signature dishes and seasonal offerings.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock levels to support seamless operations.
- Assist with scheduling, training, and performance follow‑ups for the team.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards at all times.
- Support administrative tasks such as daily reports, checklists, and communication with management.
- Act as the point person for the restaurant, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and service remains consistent.
Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant leadership, preferably within Italian or premium dining concepts.
- Strong team leadership and communication skills with a guest‑first mindset.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, service flow, and team coordination.
- Knowledge of Italian language, Italian cuisine, and dining culture is a strong advantage.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and confident in managing multiple priorities.
- Comfortable with POS systems, MS Office, and daily operational reporting.
