Job Description
Working alongside our Director of Sales and Marketing you will be drive our commercial strategies by playing a key role in growing our hotel’s corporate, leisure, group and events business.
What will you be doing:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, group and events segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate partners, agencies and local businesses.
- Conduct client visits, sales calls, presentations, site inspections and networking activities.
- Manage and grow existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding revenue, occupancy and business development targets.
Qualifications
This is the perfect opportunity for a natural “hunter” — someone who thrives on building new relationships, identifying opportunities and winning new business.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in business development, hotel sales or a similar commercial role.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality and hotel market.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Confident communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- A proactive approach with a strong focus on identifying new opportunities.
