Job Description
Are you an experienced food and beverage professional and an expert in delivering exceptional hospitality? Do you excel in a fast-paced environment and thrive on leading and mentoring your team? Offering an annual salary of $90,000 we are looking for a manager who will bring ideas to elevate our services and our guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service aligned with business demand and brand standards
- Implement and maintain high service standards, driving quality and a consistent guest experience
- Collaborate closely with our Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver seamless service
- Identify revenue opportunities, manage costs effectively, and optimise workplace efficiency through roster management and inventory control
- Lead and develop your team through training, performance feedback and mentorship, fostering a culture growth
- Recruit team members who align with our vision for creating great guest experiences
- Review guest feedback regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement actions
- Effectively operate systems, including HumanForce, Micros and Purchase Plus
- Ensure our hotel's WHS and sustainability commitments are met
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading and managing a successful team in a high-volume multi-outlet food and beverage operation
- Previous experience in a similar management role is preferred, hotel experience will be an advantage
- Adaptability to move between hands on operations and administration and planning as required
- Outgoing and positive, with the ability to build connections with guests and your team
- Value our VIPs and Accor members with personalised recognition and loyalty‑driven experiences
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, develop high potential team members and support collaboration and creativity
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including breakfast, lunch and dinner service periods including weekends
You must have current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification and full working rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
