Front Office Operations

As our Guest Relations Officer, you'll be the friendly face of our hotel! You'll handle all the essentials that keep our guests happy and our operations running smoothly.

  • Welcome guests with a smile during check-in and check-out, manage cashiering, and get them set up with their room keys.
  • Get the word out about our amazing facilities, dining options, and services—you'll be surprised how much guests appreciate the recommendations!
  • Go the extra mile for our VIPs and repeat guests by reviewing arrival lists, prepping personalized welcome touches, and making sure they feel special.
  • Be the go-to person for guest questions, concerns, and requests—you'll coordinate with other departments to make things happen quickly and smoothly.
  • Keep our guest records accurate and up-to-date, including notes on preferences and history so we can deliver that personal touch every time.
  • Handle phone calls, messages, and mail with professionalism and warmth, while keeping guest privacy and confidentiality locked down tight.
  • Stay sharp on hotel services, facilities, and emergency procedures—you'll attend briefings and training to stay in the loop.
  • Show up ready to work: on time, in uniform, well-groomed, and with a positive attitude. You'll also keep an eye out for anything suspicious and report it to Security or the Duty Manager.
  • Pitch in with other duties as needed—we're a team, and we all pitch in to make things work.

 

Qualifications

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • A diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or similar field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • At least 1 year working in a guest-facing hospitality role
  • Strong English communication skills—both written and spoken
  • Bonus points if you speak other languages or know the local lingo!
