Job Description
Are you passionate about food and creating unforgettable for our guests? We're looking for new Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team, working across TurBARlence Tavern, in room dining & conferencing.
What you'll be doing:
- Serving food and beverage to all guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction and brand standards are maintained
- Ensuring dockets are entered correctly and closed off into POS system
- Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
- Maintain hygienic food service techniques at all times
- Maintain clean and neat presentation of bar and restaurant area(s), following set opening, closing and daily procedures
- Assisting with stock control and room set ups
Qualifications
Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
Previous experience in a similar role
Barista skills/experience
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work as part of a team
Hold current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (able to obtain)
Flexibility to work various shifts including week-ends, evenings and public holidays
Must have current work rights in Australia
