Job Description

  • Assist in managing all food and beverage operations including restaurants, bars, room service, and catering functions.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and budgets.
  • Monitor inventory levels and control costs by minimizing waste and maximizing profitability.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively to ensure positive guest experiences.
  • Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and menus.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Support the recruitment process and performance evaluations of food and beverage team members.
  • Maintain good liaison with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of quality products.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in food and beverage management or related hospitality roles.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Good communication skills in the local language and preferably English.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
