- Maintain and organize the hotel's digital asset library, templates, and brand toolkit for easy access by other departments.
- Assist in the design and layout of internal communications, colleague engagement materials, training aids, and back-of-house signage.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Manager/Director on project timelines, ensuring design requests from all departments are prioritized and delivered on schedule.
- Stay current with design trends, hospitality marketing best practices, and competitor collateral to bring fresh creative ideas to the team.
- Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales kits for the Sales, Events, and Catering teams as required.
- Ensure proper archiving and version control of all design files and maintain confidentiality of pre-release campaign material.
