The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Previous leadership experience within a Sales environment is required.
• Ability to confidently provide recommendations, guidance, and personalized service to guests.
• Sound knowledge of sales principles, people management, and the hotel industry.
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to take ownership, lead a team, and communicate results effectively to supervisors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant computer systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and guest-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.

応募資格・求める人物像

• セールス部門でのリーダーまたはマネジメント経験をお持ちの方
• お客様のニーズを理解し、適切な提案・アドバイスができる方
• セールスおよびマネジメントに関する基礎知識を有し、ホテル業界への理解がある方
• チームの意思決定に責任を持ち、業務結果を上司へ適切に報告できる方
• Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、Outlook）などの基本的なPCスキルを有する方
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力（口頭・文書）
• 高い対人能力と問題解決能力をお持ちの方
• 責任感があり、信頼性の高い方
• 常にお客様を第一に考え、落ち着いた丁寧な対応ができる方
• チームワークを大切にし、主体的かつ柔軟に業務へ取り組める方

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the hotel industry.
• Proven experience working with tourism boards, airlines, travel agencies, and other industry partners.
• Ability to prepare, present, and negotiate MICE proposals and business opportunities.
• Foreign nationals are welcome to apply, provided they possess a valid work visa with authorization to work in Japan.

• MICE案件の企画提案書の作成およびプレゼンテーションができる方
