Job Description
- Manage the daily operations of the assigned restaurant, bar, lounge, or other food and beverage outlet.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure memorable dining experiences.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the outlet team to achieve high performance and service excellence.
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and presentation in line with luxury hospitality standards.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and operating costs to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary and other hotel teams to deliver seamless operations and achieve business goals.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and implement continuous service improvements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of food and beverage experience, including supervisory or management experience in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service, and food and beverage standards.
- Commercial awareness with experience in cost control and team management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Previous experience with an international hotel brand is an advantage.
