Job Description
•Provide strategic leadership and direction for all hotel operations by driving operational excellence and key strategic initiatives, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration, and full alignment with Novotel brand standards and Accor's business objectives and governance frameworks.
•Lead the resolution of complex guest concerns and service recovery initiatives, professional, and effective outcomes that enhance guest satisfaction, loyalty, and brand reputation.
•Oversee and planning of hotel facilities, including upgrading, renovation, procurement, maintenance, hotel expenses and asset management to ensure safe, secure, and future-ready operations.
•Build and sustain a performance-driven culture by providing strategic leadership in workforce planning, recruitment, talent development, and organizational capability, ensuring a highly engaged workforce that consistently delivers exceptional results for guests, employees, owners, and Accor.
Qualifications
•Minimum 5-10 years of progressive management experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant Manager, Director, or other senior leadership roles with strong experience in the Rooms department.

•Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
Must be fluent in Thai, including spoken, reading, and written communication skills.
