Job Description

The Security Supervisor assists the Safety & Security Manager in overseeing the daily security operations of the hotel, ensuring the safety and security of guests, Heartists, visitors, and hotel assets while maintaining a safe and secure environment in accordance with hotel policies and Accor standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily operations of the Security team and ensure compliance with hotel security policies and procedures

  • Protect guests, Heartists, visitors, and hotel assets through regular patrols and security monitoring

  • Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, accidents, and guest concerns, ensuring appropriate follow-up and documentation

  • Investigate security incidents, accidents, and lost & found cases, and prepare accurate reports

  • Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments on safety, security, and emergency matters

  • Ensure fire safety equipment, emergency procedures, and first aid facilities are maintained and operational

  • Train, coach, and supervise Security Officers to ensure high performance and service standards

  • Deliver courteous and professional guest service while maintaining a safe environment

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Safety & Security Manager

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in hotel security operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity
  • Good knowledge of hotel security operations, emergency response, and fire safety procedures

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-focused with the ability to remain calm under pressure

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of hotel security systems is an advantage

  • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
