Job Description

Job Purpose
Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations to maximize revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and team engagement while maintaining exceptional service standards and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Food & Beverage strategy, budget, forecasts, and promotional plans to achieve financial and operational goals.
  • Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets, including Restaurants, Bars, Banquets, Room Service, Stewarding, and Kitchen.
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative dining concepts, events, menu development, and effective cost control.
  • Ensure outstanding guest experiences by maintaining high-quality food, beverage, and service standards.
  • Lead, coach, develop, and inspire the F&B leadership team, including recruitment, performance management, and talent development.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and department leaders on menu planning, pricing strategies, and operational improvements.
  • Monitor business performance, prepare management reports, and recommend strategies to enhance profitability and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health & safety regulations, and company standards while fostering an inclusive and positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within an upscale or luxury hotel.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills with the ability to build high-performing teams.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and stewarding.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, revenue management, and profitability analysis.
  • Excellent knowledge of food, beverage, wine, and current hospitality trends.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Guest-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service and luxury hospitality experiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel POS/PMS systems.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by business operations.
