Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of the hotel and support strategic decision-making that drives business performance and profitability.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Finance Manager will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls while ensuring alignment with the financial standards of Accor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall financial operations of the hotel including accounting, reporting, and financial controls

  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, forecasts, and annual budgets

  • Ensure compliance with Accor financial policies, internal audit standards, and statutory regulations

  • Monitor cash flow, cost control, and revenue performance to support operational profitability

  • Supervise and develop the finance team while ensuring adherence to financial procedures

  • Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings

  • Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to support management decision-making

  • Ensure timely tax filings, statutory payments, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • ICAN, ACCA, or an internationally recognized equivalent professional certification

  • 5–10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in hospitality, service, or corporate environments

  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and internal audit processes

  • Proficiency in accounting systems and financial management tools

  • Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
