Job Description

  1. Position Summary:

Rixos Phu Quoc is seeking a proactive and service-oriented Holiday Assistant Planner Supervisor to manage daily operations and ensuring smooth delivery of guest holiday experiences

  1. Key Responsibilities:

• Holiday Oversight: Oversee guest holiday planning and activity coordination.

• Team Leadership: Supervise daily operations of the Holiday Assistant Planner team.

• Guest Interaction: Ensure personalized guest service and effective handling of special requests. Support VIP guest handling and service recovery.

• Communication: Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Reporting: Monitor service quality and report operational issues to management.

Qualifications

Sustainability: Commit to and maintain sustainable practices by enhancing resource efficiency, minimizing waste, and promoting eco-friendly, social, and ethical initiatives. Align with the hotel's broader ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) objectives to drive positive impact across all pillars of sustainability.

Compliance and Standards: Ensure full compliance with local legal requirements, international standards, health and safety regulations, company policies, ISO standards, and industry best practices. Continuously review and update operational processes to ensure alignment with evolving legal and regulatory requirements.

Food Safety & Hygiene: Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations by overseeing proper purchasing, storage, handling, maintenance, communication, and preparation practices across all departments.

Skills:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive demeanor and polished appearance.

Working Conditions:

  Full-time position

• Rotational shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
