Job Description
At Manly Pacific, MGallery Collection, we create memorable moments from the very first hello. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of our luxury hotel, delivering warm, personalised service and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and exceptional stay. What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in through to departure.
- Promote and enrol guests into Accor's award-winning ALL loyalty program.
- Respond to guest enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and care.
- Manage room allocations, process payments, and issue room keys accurately.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
- Conduct room tours and support sales initiatives when required.
- Maintain impeccable presentation of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Uphold luxury brand standards and create memorable guest interactions at every opportunity.
Qualifications
About You
You are a polished, service-driven professional who takes pride in creating outstanding guest experiences. You bring:
- Previous customer service experience, ideally within a hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong computer literacy, with Opera PMS experience highly regarded.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and personalised service.
- Knowledge of Accor's ALL loyalty program (advantageous).
- Familiarity with Manly and Sydney's Northern Beaches to confidently share local recommendations.
- Immaculate personal presentation aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is essential
- Valid Australian Working Rights / Visa is essential
