Job Description
The Role
As Director of Revenue, Faena Wadi Safar & Faena The Red Sea, you will be the strategic architect of revenue optimisation across a world-class ultra-luxury destination cluster.
You will lead the development and execution of a forward-looking, data-led revenue strategy that maximises total commercial performance, strengthens positioning across all segments, and ensures disciplined value creation across multiple luxury assets. Acting as a key commercial leader, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure precision in pricing, optimal inventory control, and a consistently high-value guest mix across the cluster.
In this role, you will translate complex market dynamics into actionable commercial strategy—balancing revenue optimisation with brand integrity, experience excellence, and long-term destination value creation.
What You Will Create
Revenue Strategy & Cluster Commercial Leadership
- Define and lead the integrated revenue strategy across Wadi Safar and Faena The Red Sea
- Drive total revenue optimisation across rooms, suites, ancillary spend, experiences, and emerging luxury revenue streams
- Provide strategic direction on pricing, positioning, and demand generation aligned with destination and brand vision
- Partner with senior leadership and ownership to establish revenue targets, KPIs, and long-range commercial performance frameworks
Pricing, Yield & Inventory Optimisation
- Lead dynamic pricing, yield management, and revenue optimisation across all channels and segments
- Optimise inventory allocation across the cluster to maximise ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR while protecting ultra-luxury positioning
- Continuously analyse demand trends, competitor sets, and booking patterns to inform proactive commercial decisions
- Ensure strict rate integrity and disciplined pricing governance across all distribution channels
Forecasting, Reporting & Performance Insight
- Own end-to-end revenue forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking across the cluster
- Deliver clear, insight-led reporting on market trends, booking behaviour, and revenue performance
- Provide actionable commercial intelligence to senior leadership and ownership to support strategic decision-making
- Identify risks and opportunities early and adjust strategy dynamically to maximise performance outcomes
Distribution & Channel Management
- Oversee integrated distribution strategy across direct, OTA, luxury consortia, wholesale, and strategic partnerships
- Optimise channel mix to enhance profitability and reduce cost of acquisition
- Ensure full system alignment across platforms, partners, and commercial infrastructure
- Strengthen direct booking performance and digital conversion across the destination ecosystem
Commercial Collaboration & Alignment
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure fully aligned cluster-wide commercial strategy
- Support integrated demand generation initiatives across pre-opening and operational phases
- Align sales account strategy with revenue objectives and segment performance priorities
- Ensure financial discipline through accurate budgeting, forecasting, and performance governance
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Build and lead a high-performing cluster revenue team grounded in analytical rigour and commercial agility
- Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous optimisation across all properties
- Develop and mentor talent to strengthen regional capability and build a future-ready leadership pipeline
- Embed best-in-class revenue discipline across complex, multi-asset luxury operations
Qualifications
Who You Are
- A senior commercial revenue leader with extensive experience in ultra-luxury hospitality, destination resorts, or large-scale mixed-use developments.
- Proven track record of driving total revenue optimisation strategies, including pricing, yield, distribution, and forecasting, within complex and high-value luxury environments—ideally across pre-opening and operational phases.
- Deep expertise in revenue management systems, luxury distribution ecosystems, and channel strategy, with a strong understanding of high-end leisure demand, UHNW segmentation, and global booking behaviour.
- Strategic yet commercially sharp, with the ability to translate market intelligence, data insights, and demand patterns into clear revenue strategies that maximise profitability while protecting brand positioning.
- A highly analytical and forward-thinking leader, confident in influencing senior stakeholders, partnering across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, and shaping commercial decisions at ownership level.
- A strong leader of people, able to build, develop, and inspire high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous optimisation.
- Fluent in English; additional languages, particularly Arabic, are a strong advantage.
