Job Description
This position is responsible for overseeing all bar operations, ensuring the highest standards of beverage service across all outlets. This position leads reporting, product development, and inventory control, while maintaining guest satisfaction and financial profitability. The Assistant Beverage Manager supports the F&B Manager in planning, organizing, and directing overall bar operations and administration.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Experience
- Diploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred
- Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities
