Job Description
You will provide key support to the Director of Sales and the entire sales department.
You will be the engine of our commercial success, ensuring every client experience is flawless from the initial inquiry to the final farewell.
You will manage the lifecycle of group bookings—from preparing proposals and tracking option deadlines to drafting contracts and handover documentation.
You will handle client communication, including site inspections and fam trips, while providing ongoing support to clients throughout their stay.
Qualifications
Legal eligibility to work in the Czech Republic.
Keen eye for detail and precision – you will be in charge of contracts, deadlines, and entering inquiries into the system, where accuracy is paramount.
Proactive approach and result-oriented mindset – we are looking for a "team engine," someone who sees what needs to be done and follows through to completion.
Excellent communication skills, proficiency in English, and a professional, representative demeanor.
