We’re seeking a hands-on Maintenance Attendant to join our team full-time. This is a stable, long-term role based in one location, working within a supportive and experienced maintenance team.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the high standards expected of a luxury hotel.

What You'll Be Doing: 

• Carry out general maintenance and upkeep of the hotel, keeping all areas in exceptional condition.
• Complete a range of minor repairs across the property, such as basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, tiling, fittings.
• Respond to maintenance requests efficiently and professionally
• Work closely with the Maintenance Manager and other departments
• Prioritise daily tasks to keep the hotel running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in general maintenance, construction, or a similar hands-on role
• Confident using hand and power tools
• Ability to identify and resolve minor maintenance issues
• Reliable, organised, and able to manage your time effectively
• A team player with good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills (training provided).
• Availability to work a rotating roster including early mornings, and then rotating through evenings and weekends approximately one week per month.
