Job Description
- Demonstrates that all Front Office Standard Operating Policies and Procedures are performed in all interactions.
- Provides a warm welcome and assists guests’ according to Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Brand Standards.
- Maintains the balance in operational, administrative and colleague needs by providing guidance and motivation to the Front Office team.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field is an asset.
- Minimum of three (3) years in the service industry, with at least one (1) year relevant experience.
- An operational knowledge and proficiency in Property Management System.
- Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures, and with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
