Job Description
We are seeking a professional and decisive Floor Supervisor to join our operations team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee daily floor operations, manage team performance, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Supervise and coordinate floor operations, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently
- Manage and motivate team members, providing guidance, feedback, and performance reviews
- Monitor work quality and compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- Create and manage staff schedules to optimize productivity and coverage
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a secure working environment
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions promptly
- Communicate with upper management regarding floor performance, challenges, and achievements
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and career growth
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain accurate documentation and records
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts professionally and fairly
Qualifications
- Saudi national (required)
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or team management experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proven decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of operational procedures and quality standards
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using relevant operational software and systems
- Understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Preferred: Experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environment
- Preferred: Familiarity with local Saudi labor regulations and workplace standards
Additional Information
