• Perform a variety of spa treatments (e.g., massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, aromatherapy).
• Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools.
• Ensure client comfort, privacy, and satisfaction at all times.
• Keep accurate records of client treatments and preferences.
• Promote spa services, packages, and retail products.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle client inquiries and bookings professionally.
• Stay updated with new spa techniques and industry trends.

• Certification or diploma in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a spa or wellness center (preferred).
• Knowledge of different massage techniques and skincare treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Good physical stamina and dexterity.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
