•Accurate and efficient handling of bookings, cancellations, and modifications.

•Ensure excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns.

•Collaborate with front desk, sales, and other teams to ensure seamless reservation processes.

•Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

•Strong listening and interpersonal skills
