Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve banquet sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other stakeholders.
• Create tailored proposals and negotiate contracts to meet client needs and hotel profitability goals.
• Collaborate closely with the banquet operations team and other departments to ensure flawless event execution.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and networking activities
• Provide regular sales reports, monthly forecasts and annually budgets to the senior management team.
Qualifications
Qualifications We Are Looking For:
• Proven experience in banquet/event sales management in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality and event planning industries.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments to deliver exceptional service.
• A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving sales goals.
• Proficiency in OPERA systems is a plus.
• Strong spoken English skills are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.
