Job Description

  • Ensure accuracy of all revenue data, reporting tools, and dashboards; enhance automation and efficiency in reporting processes. 

  • Assist in preparing competitive analyses, presentations, and supporting documents for revenue meetings, internal reporting, corporate teams, and ownership. 

  • Generate, update, and maintain all Revenue Management reports, serving as the primary point of contact for reporting and analytical needs, including ad‑hoc requests for senior leadership. 

  • Support the monthly forecasting process, annual budget preparation, marketing plan development, and long‑term projections. 

  • Assist in managing availability, rates, and inventory across all channels, while communicating pricing strategies and restrictions to operational teams. 

  • Maintain rate parity across all distribution channels; collaborate with the Sales team on follow‑up procedures for recurring discrepancies. 

  • Support system maintenance tasks such as rate loading, restriction management, forecast monitoring, and daily system checks; act as a systems subject‑matter expert across RM, distribution, and reporting platforms. 

  • Support content management for electronic distribution channels; work closely with the Marketing team to ensure images, room descriptions, outlets, and service information remain up to date. 

  • Manage relationships with the Distribution System Support team, including technical tickets, loading requests, and follow‑ups. 

  • Contribute to special projects focused on identifying new revenue opportunities and improving distribution efficiency. 

  • Perform ad‑hoc analyses, projects, and reporting as requested by senior leadership. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Hotel Management, Accounting, Finance, or Mathematic preferred.  

  • Hospitality industry experience preferred
