Job Description

The Cluster Director of People& Culture is responsible for overseeing and driving the People & Culture strategy and operations across multiple properties within the cluster. This includes talent acquisition, colleague engagement, performance management, training and development, compliance, and promoting a culture of diversity, inclusion, and well-being. The role supports Cluster General Managers and ensures alignment with Accor’s vision, values, and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Lead and implement Peoplet & Culture strategies across the cluster hotels in alignment with corporate guidelines.

• • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure top talent acquisition.

• • Drive engagement and recognition initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

• • Develop and monitor training and development programs to support colleague growth.

• • Ensure compliance with labor laws, Accor policies, and local regulations.

• • Manage performance evaluation cycles and support departmental coaching and feedback.

• • Support leadership development and succession planning.

• • Lead communication and internal branding initiatives that enhance colleague experience.

• • Collaborate with property leaders on all HR-related matters and provide strategic guidance.

• • Act as a champion of diversity, equity, inclusion, and mental well-being in the workplace.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within hospitality.

•  Cluster or multi-property HR experience preferred.

•  Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.

•  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

•  Comprehensive knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.

•  Experience in leading organizational change and employee engagement programs.

•  Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

•  Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
