Key Responsibilities

• Supervisor with solid operational exposure4-5 years  or Assistant Manager with 1–2 years leadership experience
• Experience managing one outlet plus Room Service & Minibar operations
• Strong exposure to All Day Dining and high-volume service DMC
• Experience handling in-house breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations
• Exposure to group dining, DMC business, and revenue generation is an advantage
• Must have worked in 4★/5★ branded hotels
• Dubai experience preferred
• Accor experience highly preferred for quicker brand adaptation

Additional requirements:
• Hands-on operational leader with strong guest engagement skills
• Ability to manage busy service periods independently
• Immediate joiners or short notice preferred
