Job Description
Executive, Learning & Development
The position will support the over-all learning and talent development function across all assets. The role requires strong organizational and administrative skills, computer skills, and engagement skills across all levels.
- Lead and drive in organizing the recording, reporting and reviewing of all learning and development materials, resources, records, reports, etc.
- Organize New Team Member Orientation, from enrollment, welcoming, facilitating sections and engaging throughout the program.
- Lead and liaise with departmental trainers to support their needs and report submissions.
- Liaise with functional Program Leads to support in organizing their training, refreshers and other training needs.
- Drives grooming standards across all departments.
- Drives training needs analysis and annual training plan cycle.
- Supports other learning and development programs, initiatives.
- Passionately shows eagerness to learn, develop, humble, kind and engage with all team members.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and wants to make a positive impact across the assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development within a five-star hotel.
- Proven experience in delivering classroom and practical training sessions.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training management systems.
