Job Description
- Supervise and ensure all hygiene and food safety standards are consistently met
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchen areas, storage rooms, and related F&B spaces.
- Train staff on hygiene procedures and food safety practices.
- Monitor ingredient quality, expiry dates, and sample retention.
- Coordinate with Kitchen and F&B teams to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Prepare hygiene reports and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Degree in Food Safety, F&B, Hospitality, or related fields.
- Experience in hygiene, QA, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and training skills.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
