Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Director of Sales to join our prestigious hospitality group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Accor Shared Services. This key leadership role will be responsible for driving sales strategies and revenue growth across multiple properties in the region.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue across all properties within the cluster
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and optimize pricing strategies
- Collaborate with property General Managers and corporate leadership to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Oversee the creation and execution of innovative sales and marketing campaigns
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for the sales department across the cluster
- Drive MICE business growth through strategic partnerships and targeted initiatives
- Ensure consistent brand standards and guest experience across all properties
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience in the hospitality or related industry
- Minimum 5 years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in a multi-property or regional capacity
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in luxury market segments
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, particularly in the Middle East region
- Expertise in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sales
- Exceptional strategic planning and revenue management skills
- Outstanding leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
- Advanced negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in market analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in CRM software and other relevant sales tools
- Ability to travel frequently within the cluster region
- Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial
