Job Description
- Perform check IN/OUT of guests using Opera system.
- Welcome and greet guests, answer inquiries and incoming calls.
- Prepare occupancy and guests report
- Maintain group and individual arrival report daily.
- Inform guests of hotel rates and services and create/cancel/confirm reservations.
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
Qualifications
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
- Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
