Join our dynamic culinary team as a Tamayyaz Commis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia! We're seeking enthusiastic Saudi nationals who are passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to kickstart their culinary careers. As a Commis, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations and learning from experienced chefs.

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring according to recipes
• Support chefs in cooking basic dishes and meal preparation
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workstation
• Adhere to strict hygiene and food safety standards
• Receive and store deliveries, ensuring quality and accurate quantities
• Assist with plating and garnishing dishes as directed by senior chefs
• Clean kitchen utensils, cookware, and equipment
• Follow instructions from senior kitchen staff and meet required timelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment

• Saudi National eligible for the Tamayyaz Program
• Little to no work experience required; ideal for fresh graduates or those with up to 6 months of relevant experience
• Basic English language skills
