Job Description

As a Food & Beverage All Rounder, you will have the wonderful opportunity to warmly welcome our guests and accompany them on a delightful journey through our culinary offerings. Your expertise will shine as you recommend standout dishes and beverages, showcasing your mastery in all things delicious. Your dedication to precision, customer satisfaction, and collaborative spirit will play a vital role in making every event a success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to our guests.
  • Assist with set up, replenishment and presentation.
  • Previous barista experience is preferred, however not essential.
  • Take and serve beverage orders, such as coffee and tea.
  • Ensure tables and service areas are kept clean and tidy.
  • Liaise with the kitchen on special requests.
  • Handle guest inquires and concerns with a positive and proactive approach.
  • Be available to different shifts, based on business demand (no overnight required)

Qualifications

  • Must hold your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
  • Ability to be flexible and work on a rotating roaster including weekends and public holidays.
  • A friendly, guest-focused attitude with a passion for providing exceptional and memorable moments.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
