Job Description

  • Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and quality control
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue
  • Create staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor team performance
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize stock levels
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and promotions
  • Train and mentor new team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Step in for the Outlet Manager during their absence, maintaining seamless operations
